HEIC to JPG Converter

HEIC to JPG accepts image/heic, image/heif, .heic, .heif. HEIC to JPG produces JPG.

For HEIC to JPG, jPEG cannot store alpha transparency. For HEIC to JPG, this implementation fills transparent pixels with white unless a single-format page exposes and submits another background color.

For HEIC to JPG, lossy output quality is passed to the browser canvas encoder, or clamped to 10–100 by the HEIC server path. For HEIC to JPG, pNG canvas output ignores the lossy quality argument. For HEIC to JPG, the setting is not a target file size.

For HEIC to JPG, the HEIC server path creates a new image with Imagick and does not explicitly copy or strip a defined metadata set. For HEIC to JPG, do not rely on EXIF, GPS, orientation, color-profile, animation, or other metadata preservation; inspect the output.

For HEIC to JPG, hEIC or HEIF decoding occurs on this application server; success depends on the installed Imagick delegate. For HEIC to JPG, preview and download still require normal browser Blob support.

HEIC to JPG enforced limits: Exactly one HEIC or HEIF file; Maximum 30 MB; Quality control: 10–100 for JPG output The browser paths declare no application-level byte limit. For HEIC to JPG, browser memory, maximum canvas dimensions, and device resources can still prevent large images from completing.

For HEIC to JPG, your HEIC or HEIF file is uploaded to the server for conversion. For HEIC to JPG, the uploaded file and converted image are automatically deleted after one hour.

HEIC to JPG expected result: The expected result is a decoded and re-encoded jpg download in the output format selected or fixed by the page.
